How does WISO My Association Teamwork work?
If you use My Association in the teamwork edition, your current status of the WISO My Association database is stored online on the servers of the Buhl Data Service GmbH computer centre. If one of the users would like to work with WISO Mein Verein, he can easily download the current status of the database.
If he has the appropriate rights, the user can set the database to the state "in process" when opening it. Thus, no other user of the team has the possibility to change the database. Annoying overlaps during data entry are not even possible.
After completion of the processing, the user loads the current state of the database on the server and the team can access it again.
How is WISO My Club Teamwork activated and set up?
First of all, an administrator should be selected within the user group who will set up the account via the menu item "File - Teamwork - Settings". In doing so, he creates the different users and assigns them corresponding rights (read only / read and write).
When the club is created in teamwork, the database is directly set to processing status. After the administrator has completed the changes, the database must be uploaded again. He then gives the club name, its user name and a password to the respective users.
The users can then also activate their account via the menu item mentioned above. According to their rights they now have the possibility to edit the database.
How secure is WISO My Club Teamwork?
The protection of your data is very important to us. For all security measures teamwork therefore uses the latest technology. With the registration, as described above, a club name and a unique administrator with name and password are created to guarantee security and privacy.
Any number of users can be created for each club (each also protected by a password). Access to the data of other clubs is excluded by the superordinate club. Teamwork also uses a combination of encryption technology and firewalls to prevent unauthorized access and to make the use as secure as possible for you.

The transmission is encrypted: All data between the server of the computer center of Buhl Data Service GmbH and the software WISO My Association is transmitted using a highly encrypted SSL connection to exclude reading and manipulation by unauthorized persons.
Secured data storage: The data stored in the computer center are available in a packed and protected form. Connection control by firewalls: Restrictively set rules of the firewalls prevent all connections to the system that do not belong to a normal access of our users.
Secured data center: Our data center is secured several times and is state of the art.
Regular checks: In order to be able to guarantee a high standard of security and privacy in the long term, the security concept and our security measures are independently checked and tested at regular intervals.
