Consumers who are consumers have the possibility in the event of a dispute on the EU portal “Ihr Europa“ at (http://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/index_en.htm) to conduct an online arbitration procedure with the involvement of a recognised arbitration body.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO (OS), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
The online conciliation procedure is not a mandatory requirement for calling the competent courts. Rather, it is an alternative way of eliminating differences that may arise under a contractual relationship.
We are not prepared to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a recognised consumer arbitration body.
