Payment options
Prepayment
If you decide to pay in advance, you transfer the invoice amount in advance . As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be shipped within 24h.
Invoice
With the purchase on account we offer you an uncomplicated method of payment. You receive your order and pay the invoice amount within the 14 days. Please note that a credit check is performed and the purchase on account is not always available. The purchase on account option is only available from a shopping cart value of over 75.99 €.
Shipping
We attach great importance to a speedy and trouble-free delivery of our articles to our valued customers. You can choose between shipping by e-mail or by mail (DHL package). Shipping by e-mail is free of charge for you. For physical products, there is a possibility of same-day shipping, provided that the order is received before 12 no on and the full amount has been paid. Our customers can be sure that we always try to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
Shipping costs within Germany are 4,99 Euro, shipping within the EU is 9,99 Euro.

Delivery time
We always try to deliver on time and will notify you by e-mail within 24 hours in case of delivery delays. If an item is no longer available, we will either offer you an equivalent alternative or refund the purchase price. Please note that the delivery period depends on the delivery status and will end on the following business day if the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday. We will always try to inform you about the current delivery status and provide a new delivery date to ensure a smooth delivery of your order.
