What is so special about PaperPort Anywhere?

When we developed PaperPort Anywhere, we thought specifically about PaperPort users. This is because they have already set up clever document processes with the software, often over Years. PaperPort Anywhere integrates seamlessly with the PaperPort 14 desktop and automatically makes its folders available to the cloud.

Once the connection is established, everything you do on the PaperPort desktop is done in PaperPort Anywhere. This makes it easy to enter the cloud without having to change existing structures. Once files are in the cloud, they can be opened, viewed and distributed from any Device, regardless of location. This is extremely practical!

What if other cloud services are already in use?

PaperPort is also suitable for users who are already using the cloud because it makes it easy to connect. It includes the Nuance Cloud Connector, introduced with OmniPage 18, which allows PDF documents to be scanned, viewed and edited in other cloud services.

The connector gives direct access to cloud services like Google® text & Tabellen™, Windows® Live SkyDrive®, Box.net and others. It's an ideal solution if you only use the cloud for occasional document storage, your folders don't contain a lot of documents, and your organizational structure is different from your PC.
