Shipping and Terms of Payment

Payment methods

 

Purchase on invoice (only from a shopping cart value of over 60€/55,1£)

You will receive an invoice from us by e-mail and pay the invoice amount conveniently by bank transfer. If you pay on account, we will obtain information about your creditworthiness from a service provider in order to assess our credit risk. You can avoid an evaluation of your creditworthiness by selecting a different payment method. If the evaluation of your creditworthiness is sufficient for us, we will deliver the goods immediately; you pay the invoice conveniently upon receipt of the invoice with a payment target of 14 days. The possibility to pay on account will be confirmed or rejected by us within 24 hours after receipt of the order.

Pay by credit card or Maestro (Paypal Plus)

Payments by credit card or Maestro are processed by our payment partner PAYMILL or PAYPAL according to current security standards. If you pay by credit card, your account will be debited when your order is shipped.
 
 

Pay with instant transfer

Simple and secure via your online banking. The transfer is made directly and according to TÜV-certified security standards via our online payment partner Sofort AG.

Paying with PAYPAL

Uncomplicated and direct for all customers who have a PAYPAL account.

Payment in advance (prepayment)

Please transfer the invoice amount (bank transfer or payment slip) to our bank account stating your order number. Our bank details can also be found in your order confirmation. Upon receipt of your transfer to your customer account, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of payment by email from our accounting department. That Default date for payment for prepayment amounts to 14 days.

Paying with iDeal (only for Netherlands)

The payment method "iDeal" is only available for customers from the Netherlands.

Paying with Giropay (only for Germany)

The payment method "Giropay" is only available for customers from Germany.

Paying with Przelewy24 (only for Poland)

The payment method "Przelewy24" is only available for customers from Poland.

Paying with Bancontact (only for Portugal)

The payment method "Bancontact" is only available for customers from Portugal.

Paying with EPS (only for Austria)

The payment method "EPS" is only available for customers from Austria.

 

Shipment:

The items are shipped by mail or by post (DHL Paket) if a physical product is ordered. The shipping by e-mail is free of charge for you.

Shipping method for the different payment methods:

Paypal: Incoming orders until 17 o'clock will be shipped the same day.

Amazon Pay: Incoming orders until 17 o'clock will be shipped on the same day.

Credit card: Orders received before 17 o'clock will be shipped the same day.

Sofortüberweisung: Orders received until 17 o'clock will be shipped the same day.

Apple Pay: Orders received before 17:00 will be shipped the same day.

GiroPay: Orders received before 17h will be shipped the same day.

iDeal: Orders received before 17h will be shipped on the same day.

Purchase on account: Orders received before 17h will be shipped the same day.

Prepayment: Orders will be shipped only after receipt of payment.

The shipping costs within Germany are 4,99 Euro per DHL. For items shipped within the EU the shipping costs are 9,99 Euro. Delivered with DHL.

Orders and deliveries are basically only possible within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic and Hungary.

Delivery time (physical shipping):
within Germany: 1 - 2 working days
within Europe: 4 - 6 working days

In case of delivery delays, you will receive immediate feedback by e-mail within 24 hours. If an item is no longer available, we will offer you an equivalent alternative or refund your money.

The period for delivery begins with payment by

Depending on the delivery status, the delivery period ends on the following day. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognised at the place of delivery, the next working day shall replace such day.

We will inform you immediately if there is a delay in delivery. In this case you will receive an e-mail from us or, if a telephone number was provided, a message about the current delivery status and a new delivery date.
